They called it “bad behavior.”
He called it a code.
Every service runs through the Attachment Code Breaker™ lens. Referral to first session, assessment to report, for children, teens, adults, and families in Lakeland, Florida and beyond.
From Diagnosis to Delivery
Original: fromdiagnosistodelivery.netlify.app
The diagnosis is the cliffhanger. Getting care is the sequel nobody should wait years for. No fax machines. No phone tag. No 9-month waitlist.
Act I · The Diagnosis
Someone just got a word that explains everything and changes everything. A name for the thing finally exists. But a name isn’t a plan.
Act II · The Referral
It takes about three minutes. Providers, schools, family, or the person themselves — anyone can start the sequel. You get a referral code instantly, like a movie ticket. You skip faxing, hold music, and voicemail roulette.
Act III · The Match
A real human reviews it, then pairs the person with the right clinician for their needs, their age, their schedule and their vibe. Every referral reviewed by a person — never a black box. Fit over availability roulette.
Act IV · The First Session
It’s on the calendar, it has a time, and it’s not “sometime next spring.” A date. A time. A human who’s expecting you. Every stage tracked in real time.
Act V · Delivery
Care, actually delivered. Not promised, not pending, not “we’ll circle back.” The credits roll. The healing doesn’t stop. Ongoing support, as long as it’s needed.

Initial contact
Call the office (863) 583-4766, text (863) 899-2162, email DrRAD@DrRADTheAttachmentCodeBreaker.com, or use the online referral form. “I’d like to make a referral for specialized therapeutic services. Primary need: therapy, TBOS, an assessment, training, or expert witness.”
Provide basic referral information
- Full name and date of birth of the child or client
- Name and contact info of the legal guardian or referring party
- Current living situation: home, foster, adoptive, kinship, or residential
- A brief description of concerns: attachment difficulties, trauma history, behavior, school issues, court involvement
- The specific service(s) requested
- Insurance or funding info if known: Medicaid, private, self-pay, agency contract
- Any court orders, safety plans, or time-sensitive deadlines
Don’t send protected health information over regular email. A secure channel is provided after first contact.
Consent and authorization
A parent or legal guardian must give written consent before clinical services begin. Professional referrals that involve protected information need the appropriate releases of information. Expert witness and training referrals follow separate engagement agreements.
Intake review and scheduling
The team at Code Breaker HQ, Lakeland, FL reviews the referral for clinical fit and availability — typically 1–2 business days for non-emergency referrals — then contacts you to schedule an initial consultation, an assessment appointment, or a training date.
Next steps after acceptance
You receive confirmation of the service, any required paperwork, and your appointment or training details. For TBOS or intensive services, we explain the extra eligibility criteria and treatment-planning steps. For assessments (CFARS, FARS, specialized attachment), we lay out the process and reporting timeline. Fade to: trust.

Specialized Therapeutic Services
Your nervous system called. It wants to talk. We picked up. Everyone else said “just breathe.” We said “okay, but let’s find out why you stopped.”
This is specialized, evidence-based therapy for the stuff that doesn’t fit in a self-care listicle — the loops, the flinches, the 2 a.m. replays. We work with children, teens, adults, and families. We coordinate with schools, physicians, case managers, courts, and agencies. And we make referring someone ridiculously easy.
